Pricing reflects base rent only. Residents are responsible for all utilities, including a $60/month internet fee, $7/month trash fee and a $4.25/month utility billing fee. Electric, water, and sewer are billed separately and vary based on usage.

Additional required one-time fees include a $50 application fee per adult, a $150 administrative fee due at application, and a $500 standard security deposit.

Residents are required to select a parking option at move-in. Available options include a surface lot parking space ($25/month) or a garage parking space ($60/month).

• Pets: $300 refundable deposit, $200 nonrefundable fee, $50/month pet rent

• Storage: $40/month
